The HOPE Project
The HOPE Project is an initiative of Lipa City Jail spearheaded by Warden ARIZ WILLIAMERE A. VILLAESTER Ph.D, along with the Rotary Club Tagaytay City. This is a profitable livelihodd program launched to provide financial assistance to DESERVING and QUALIFIED Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) who will be reintegrated subsequently in the society.

HOPE (Help One PDL Everyday (Help One PDL Everyday) It is a catalyst for change, fostering compassion and understanding, and paving the way for a brighter future where every individual, regardless of their past, is given an opportunity to thrive.

JCI Lipa x BJMP
JCI Lipa is a global non-profit organization of young active citizens age 18-40, which focuses on professional development, economic opportunities, and creative solutions to address problems across all levels of society
JCI Lipa and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Lipa City Jail Male Dormitory (‘BJMP’) recently joined forces and formalized their partnership last December 7th 2024 through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) seeking to holistically address the needs of persons deprived of liberty (‘PDLs’). This partnership represents a significant step towards fostering a more humane and supportive environment for PDLs.
